Here are the details for each of these locations:

 

·         Within the continental United States (48 states) - Free Ground shipping on orders over $50.

 

·         Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses - Shipping rates vary and are determined by several factors, including types, weights and dimensions of items, shipping methods and shipping locations, etc.

 

·         Many other global locations not specified above - Shipping rates vary and are determined by several factors, including types, weights and dimensions of items, shipping methods and shipping locations, etc.

 

Regardless of which shipping method you choose, after you’ve placed your order with us via our website, e-mail communication, phone or fax, we will send you an Order Confirmation e-mail within a few hours to notify you of the status of your order. We will ship out your order within 24 hours via the shipping method that you’ve specified. And we’ll send you Shipment Status Tracking E-mails once we’ve obtained your shipment tracking number(s). This e-mail will include not only your order information, tracking number(s), but will also include information regarding your shipment status, directly from the carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Once the carrier has delivered your package, you will get a Delivery Confirmation e-mail from us, to notify you that your order has now already been delivered to you, and that you can contact us should there be any problems with, or you have any concerns about, an item purchased from us.
