Now that nearly all offices have plain paper facsimile machines, technicians have expressed a need for such a manual. Similar to our 9th edition to Copiers or 2nd edition to Laser Printers, this book lists hundreds of machines, with part numbers, trouble codes, simulations, picture of machine. About 80% of the machines covered are laser/xerographic, but we did also include some inkjets, thermal transfer, etc. It is dedicated to machines that are marketed primarily as fax machines. Copiers that have fax options are usually included in our copier manuals. Approximately 220 pages.

A general guide to understanding, troubleshooting and repairing thermal facsimile machines. Manufacturer’s addresses and phone numbers, repair facilities, circuit board repair locations, illustrations, easy to read flow charts all included as are shortcuts for troubleshooting and repairs. Can be used by beginning fax technicians as a training manual. This book came out in 1991 and has not been updated. It is excellent for general trouble shooting but is not strong on any specific machine.

Similar to copier editions. Trouble codes, supply information, service modes, test print methods, page count access. Most of the common laser printers on the market to 1997 are covered. Basic laser trouble shooting, cross reference information, parts sources, manufacturers addresses included.

This book is laid out identically to our 8th & 9th Intravia's Service Guides to Copiers. All machines include supply information, maintenance items, parts numbers, trouble codes, service modes, etc.

ILLUSTRATED. This covers all the following copiers in great detail: Canon PC1, 2, 2L, 2LX, 3, 3II, 5, 5II, 5L, 5LII, 6, 6RE, 7, 8, 11, 12, 65, C100, NP1010, NP1020. In effect, this replaces the service and parts manuals that you would need for all of the above. It consists of detailed sections covering the following and more; trouble codes, troubleshooting, common problems, mysterious problems, disassembly procedures and tricks, real solutions to problems that have occurred. PART NUMBERS: Detailed listing of parts by section of the machine, including descriptions and PART PRICES. These are dealer wholesale prices. Instead of calling us or someone else to get a part price, you have an idea of what the repair is going to cost you, so that you can plan accordingly. 90 pages.
